The last two weeks we have been laxed as it is the school holiday over in New South Wales, Australia and instead of making Kai completed lots of reading and work. We took time to relax, write emails to his friends in Singapore, Japan and Vancouver. And send a aerogramme to his kindy friends in Calvary Pandan Kindergarten.
Recently through the homeschooling group here, Kai was happy to get a new penpal in Australia and he had spent some time during the school holiday to draw and write to his new penpal.
And after writing to all these friends, Kai is more eager to write and learn more words to express himself and to describe the places, objects and animals. It was a good time of break for me and through we still do some work daily, it was more relaxing and more playtime for Kai.
